Every teenager faces some heartbreak, including Selena Gomez! The Disney star says she once cried for “two days straight” over a breakup before getting it out of her system. Still, Sel says that she considers everyone she dates a lesson.
“All of these people that you’re dating are lessons, so more than likely they’re going to be people who will disappoint you, or who wont work out in the end. It’s just getting you that much closer to the right person,” says Selena. “For me, I always say ‘OK, on to the next lesson,’ and move on.”
Demi Lovato always looks great, and now she’s sharing some fashion tips with her fans so they can look just as fabulous! The teen star says these are a few of her favorite things to wear for this year.
1. Blazers:
“Alice + Olivia has these amazing fitted blazers. They are great for dressing up or dressing down – and they’re super comfortable which is important to me when wearing a blazer.”
2. Sunglasses:
“I love my Ray-Bans. They fit my face perfectly and come in so many fun styles.”
3. Skinny jeans:
“Who doesn’t love skinny jeans?!”
4. Nail polish:
“My favorite nail polish is Essie, because it lasts for a long time and I love the shades they offer.”
5. Spiked jewelry:
“CC SKYE makes the greatest spiked jewelry. It always goes with my outfit no matter what I’m wearing.”
It’s no secret that the cast of the Twilight films are close. In fact, Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie in the hit films, says they “all root for each other.” She also shared who she’s most excited to see when the cast reunites to film Breaking Dawn!
“[I'm excited to see] ll of them,” says Nikki. “I love Taylor [Lautner] so much, and I’m so proud of him and what he’s doing. He’s making a great movie in Pittsburgh right now,”
Selena Gomez says that she makes careful career moves and that most important, she picks things that she’s passionate about. Sounds like a good career plan to us!
“I’m not just going to slap my name on something‚ I want to be really passionate about everything I do, so it’ all about timing,” says Selena. While she’s cautious in that sense, she also adds that she’s just a child at heart: “I’m 18, but I feel like I’m still 15. I feel very young at heart, and I still want to jump up and down on my bed singing and rocking out.”
We’re sure Ashley Tisdale could have her pick of cute guys but she says she doesn’t necessarily consider looks first. In fact, Ash says that personality is now more important to her than a guy’s popularity and looks!
“Now, I am more into a guy’s personality. I like someone I can have fun with and who can be more laid-back than I am, because it calms me down,” says Ashley. “At the same time, I want to be with someone who wants to work as much as I do and who respects me like I respect him.”
Ashley recently confirmed that she’s still dating her former music video director Scott Speer.
In a recent interview, Cody named JT as the singer he’d most like to collaborate with, adding, “But I might be working with him soon, so it’s a dream come true.”

“This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it;s been building up for eight films now,” said Emma. “Whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited. In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn’t stop laughing.”
Taylor Swift’s new album Speak Now comes out on October 25th and the country girl says the songs on that new album hold a lot of meaning for her.
“I would consider the songs on this record as emotions‚ that’s what they’re about. There are some that are about infatuation and adoration and the positive, magical feelings of love,” says Taylor. “Then there’s just social dynamics, dealing with people and learning about the fact that life is so unpredictable. I think that’s one of the things I’ve learned‚ life and love are unpredictable.”
Glee is in its second year and the star of the show, Lea Michele, says the cast is so close that she considers them her family! She even jokes that she calls co-star Amber Riley “Mama Amber.”
“They are my family, honestly. I don’t have family in L.A. I love my cast,” says Lea. As for Amber, she says, “She inspires me, she protects me, she makes me laugh, she tells me not to take myself so seriously. She’s my Mama Amber.”
